I got Pills stuck in my throat HELP!!! What to Do!!!!?

I just took some NyQuil for Sinus Congestion and the Pills got stuck in my throat, I don't feel any pain and I can breath talk and do everything fine but I am very worried. It feels like my Adam's Apple rose up a bit to and I am very very very Worried. Please Tell me about what to do!!!! Should I go To sleep? Maybe this is why my Throat is congested and feel fine
