Need help..about pregnancy??!!!?

my period ended on 15th dec n i gt unprotected on 18th.bt i took birthcntrcptic pill within 3 hrs..bt 2day on 20th dec i gt fevr..is there any risk to get prgnant or hving fvr is a symtoms abt pregnency..plz i need hlp..
