How much can they up my rent?

i live in a trailer park in florida the place just got sold.the new owner hasnt moved in yet.theres been all kind of rumers going around.like how much will the new owner can raise our lot fee.i was told theres a law in florida that they cant raise it more than 3% a year.is this tru or just a rumer.everyone in the park is afraid about the new owner will raise the rent when he moves in.
