Any tips on skateboarding for beginners?

It'll help lots like how to do ollie's, tic tac toe, and other tricks and tips on going on rough grounds and stuff like that Im not rushing or anything thanks for the help also I really need to clean my skateboard. Any good skateboarders? And where to go that has smooth grounds the place I live on the grounds are really rough. Not the skatepark though Im going when Im a little better. Also Anything else I need to know thanks a lot
