How can I fix my problem of being insulted for being ually active before marriage?

I'm in no way promiscuous, I've only had two long term boyfriends who I've been intimate with, that is all. Now since people know in my hispanic community, I'm being insulted as if it were the worst thing in the world. To top it all off, this hispanic community thinks I never going to be taken seriously, since its been unfortunate that these relationships have not worked. How can I overcome these insults which are really getting to me, Please Help! Thanks, any advice helps.
