What is best to eat after just having your tongue peirced?

I've just got tongue peirced, it's perfectly fine & all :D and to be honest looks fab xD .. I just want to know what to eat for the best (i know about ice creams,but anything else?) I have been eating normally it's just a little bit unconfortable. (: Please let me know yeaa. (:
