Uk question: 1998 s reg vectra 2.0 sri: is it worth it?

i've been interested in a 1998 S reg VAUXHALL Vectra 2.0 SRi 140, 4 Doors, Manual, Saloon. Petrol, 1998 S Reg, 75,912 miles, Metallic Silver, Brand new MOT-03-2009/TAX-June 2008. ABS, Adjustable seats, Adjustable steering column/wheel, Alloy wheels, Central locking, Electric mirrors, Electric windows, Foglights, Lumbar support, Metallic paintwork, Multi function steering wheel, Power isted steering, Remote locking, Spoiler, Sports seats. Went around to view the car and in is in lovely MINT condition. Test drove the car, no knocks or any sounds from the back, really quite machine and the upholstry is in excellent condidtion. Full Service History. Only probem is that bonnet has acid split which has effected the paint work. She is only asking for �600 notes. Thats a BARGAIN. It is a excellently beautiful machine! No rusts, dents or scracthes. Shall i buy or not due to the acid patch on bonnet. I was wondering to replace the whole bonnet with a second hand bonnent from salvage yard?
