Thoughts on this student teacher. Should I say something?

Discuss this with the teacher. This sounds like total inappropriate behavior on the student teacher's part. You are not "telling" on anyone - you are simply pointing out things that you have observed. Let the teacher take it from there. That's her/his job. It's important that you do this immediately however as you may be the only one who sees this. It's up to the teacher to take action, not you. You have done your part. Continue your job as you see it.
