Is Hollywood more about Looks or Talent ???

In the me me me industry of Hollywood were left with the perception that Looks are everything in Hollywood yet there are hundreds if not thousands of Actors and Actresses that don't fit the "glamorous or beautiful" trademark that is ociated with Hollywood and they give off some of the best performances that are seen . SHOULD HOLLYWOOD PUT MORE EMPHASIS ON ACTING ABILITY OR LOOKS.
