By upload do you mean print? do you want to do it for the full year or specific months? To the far right on the top tool bar should be the help on - this should ist if you type in exactly what you want. Or, you can go into reports then select 'custom' to make your own reports, sorted by the dates/details you need. You can also access Sage online help through their site if you are a paid member.
