How much is re-cycling costing you?

Ask your local Council and you will get the shock of your life. Devon County Council have admitted that it's far more expensive than landfill and a lot of the gl can't be re-cycled in this country especially green gl, so what is this doing for the "carbon footprint" shipping it abroad?. It appears that a lot of companies are making a great deal of money from this off the backs of the Council Tax Payer. Another stealth tax it would seem.
