Is it possible for a 25-29yrs old married guy to be infatuated with a teenager?

My music instructor is married and is somewhere at 20. I told my mom that lately he'd been very helpful with me and I'm 16. She warned me to be careful that he might have a thing going tho he already has a 1st baby... So I just wondered if ever it could really happened, but of course I'm not hoping...
