Does Huckabee deserve a violation notice for a dirty ad on Mitt that he showed to the press?

I am getting violation notices for just mentioning Huckabee! He promised a clean campaign and he stated that "it begins with me." Then he shows the press his dirty ad. Why did he produce the ad in the first place if it does not reflect his morals? And if he is taking the moral high ground, why is he showing the ad to anyone?
